Felty Germander (Teucrium Capitatum)

The Felty Germander was named after its thick, felt like covering on its white or golden leaves. This plant had thick whitish leaves that are hairy "felt-like" on both sides. Each individual leaf is approximately 2.5 centimeters in length. When these leaves are crushed they give off a very aromatic scent . These plants also have tiny flowers that grown in clusters on the end of each stem. The colour of these flowers can vary from white to pink to yellow and sometimes even red. This plant can be found in the Mediterranean region, in southern Europe, North Africa and Southeast Asia. This plant has not yet been assessed by the IUCN , which means that we do not know whether or not it is in danger of becoming extinct,
